Returns & Exchanges

We value every one of our NEISA customers and want you to feel confident with your purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@neisastudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using the provided label, as NEISA is not responsible for items returned using alternative shipping methods.

Exchanges

Return shipping for exchanges is complimentary. A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost for items being exchanged for a different size or style, subject to availability.

Final Sale

All sale items and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage, makeup, or fragrance. Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days, excluding original shipping fees and the $10 return shipping fee.

NEISA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
